Money flows into U.S. stocks turned positive during last year’s 4th quarter and have accelerated. This is a powerful force that drives stock prices higher. Valuations can go higher without this, but not across a broad front as they are now.
Our stock market is in the midst of a powerful upward thrust.
This kind of a move doesn’t come along very often. It usually results from the culmination of many favorable factors that arrive when most investors are not expecting them and are unprepared. Big moves almost always start when most investors are expecting something else. Just goes to show that the future often surprises, and one must be flexible.
So, enjoy the ride and stay steady my friends.
