Bottoming

By Peter Bower

In spite of some terrible days of stock market trading, many internal stock market indicators point to market averages being near a bottom. What are these indicators?  They are measures that track money flows in or out of equities.  Others view past lows and may show technical formations that provide support for the bottoming prediction.

Nothing about technical analysis or stock market predicting is fool proof, but certain tools have good records and bear serious consideration.

When you add a fundamental picture of the economy, and come to a similar conclusion, then we certainly pay attention.  That is where we are so here goes; we are near a bottom!

Stay steady, my friends.
