“It’s Only Ugly from the Front Side”

The day to day action of this stock market has gotten frustrating if not downright ugly. Points up are lost the next day then quick recoveries come out of the blue to be lost over subsequent trading sessions.  If it wasn’t money and important to so many, it would be humorous.  So we have done a deeper inquiry and discovered much to like.

With all of this back and forth, the market is making a shift to value and business cycle sensitive stocks.  As old leaders continue to fade, other stocks are moving into leadership positions. There also appears to be significant accumulation in these sectors, even on bad days. Possible interest rate increases have again raised investor concerns, but the response is much more muted than during similar past occasions.  What appears ugly, at first, is really a market adjusting to new opportunities and setting up for a good run; stay steady my friends.
