Although we at Riverplace Capital have long provided many of the extended services that would fit under the heading of Family Office Services, last year we formalized the effort. Mark Ross has extensive experience in this area and was named President of the Family Office Services Division of Riverplace Capital.
The services offered are comprehensive. Some of these are provided in-house, and others utilize partners that we have worked with for years. We have great confidence in their work. You can, too. Riverplace takes pride in all the services it offers and works hard to maintain and deliver the utmost quality.
Services:
- Review investments and estate planning documents with advisors
- Maintain regular contact with advisors apprising them of new conditions or changes in clients’ needs
- Monitor mail and pay bills on time
- Organize important financial, estate, and tax papers
- Review bank, credit card, and brokerage statements
- In-home visits to evaluate the clients’ current situation
- Organize all tax documents and deliver to CPA at year-end
- Offer fiduciary services including medical power of attorney, general power of attorney, and trustee services
- Assist with hurricane planning and prepare for evacuation as needed
- Coordinate home maintenance and repairs
- If desired, present options for in-home caregiver services, assisted living facility or nursing home, coordinating, and providing oversight of clients decision
- Develop a survivor package detailing information your successors’ needs
- Make recommendations and provide for needed services
- Track and resolve insurance and medical claims
