Talk is always cheap; what can and will actually be implemented? Congress may be more reasonable, but still may not go along with everything. There will be much debate about certain initiatives. Democracy is messy and takes time.
We all wish for the best, but there is still much debate about how potential policy changes will affect the broad economy. There are always complex interactions and possible unexpected consequences.
